The Elan Wedding of Janelle and Mark

For a moment I thought there was going to be a Beauty and the Beast theme because of Janelle’s slight obsession with Disney, plus it was their cake topper. However, while Janelle is a beauty, Mark isn’t really a beast 😉 I started filming with Janelle and the girls at her mom’s place, while Dave was with Mark and the guys at their place. The ceremony was held at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church in Pompton Lakes NJ, and then we stopped at Lambert’s Castle in Paterson NJ for some great bridal party and couple shots. Finally the reception was held at The Elan in Lodi NJ where the couple started things off by entering in matching Giants jerseys. A great reception and a great couple.

The Palace at Somerset Park Wedding of Nephili and Robert

Nephili was referred to us by a friend that used us a couple of years earlier. We started with Nephili and the girls at her parents home in Staten Island NY.
The ceremony was at St. Ann’s church in Staten Island, featuring some Filipino traditions, and was followed by a reception at The Palace at Somerset Park, in Somerset NJ. Great 2 cam coverage of their wonderful day allowed us to capture some unique shots during the ceremony, and reception. Check out their highlights below.

Cristina and Ted’s L’Affaire Catering Wedding

Cristina and Ted came to us a few months before their wedding and booked photography and videography. The ceremony and reception were at L’Affaire Catering in Mountainside, NJ. Tim, Dave and I started at the Grand Summit Hotel where Cristina and the girls were already underway with hair and makeup. Soon the Ted and the guys showed up as well, and we got some great footage of them both, including a sneak peak at the original wedding vows Ted wrote for Cristina.

Then it was off to a park near the catering hall for some fun shots of the bridal party and the bride and groom. The ceremony was short and sweet featuring some Filipino wedding traditions such as the coins, the veil, and the cord. Immediately after, Tim and Dave got some more family shots while I got to work editing the Same Day Highlights we would be showing at the reception that night. Dave bumped up to main, and Rob took over as 2nd for the rest of the evening. The reception was a great time, and you can check out photos and video clips of their day here. Congrats again Cristina and Ted!!

Diane and Jimmy’s Somerset Palace Wedding

What a fun couple and a beautiful wedding. Diane and Jimmy came to us from just down the road at the Palace at Somerset Park. Dave and I started with Diane at the Hilton Garden Inn in Hamilton, NJ. Shooting with HD equipment we captured all the details and fun of their day. The ceremony was at St. Raphael – Holy Angels Parish. It was a traditional Filipino wedding ceremony, with the coins, the veil, the cord, and many happy sponsors and family. This church was really set up nicely for us to capture some beautiful shots during the ceremony.

Afterwards we headed over to the Grounds for Sculpture, a really cool place, for some fun shots with the bridal party. In addition to some unique sculptures, there were also live peacocks strolling the grounds. Dave got one to spread her feathers with his bird calls, haha. Then of course it was off the the beautiful Somerset Palace. After a great cocktail hour the party kicked off and it was just incredible. Everyone was out on the dance floor. The lighting, the music, and a great couple really got everyone in the right mood to party their butts off. Check out these great HD wedding video clips from the big day. Make sure HD is ON!!

Sarah and Ryan’s wedding at The Valley Regency

Sarah and Ryan married at St Aedan’s Church in Jersey City. We started off the day at Sarah’s parents house where the girls were getting ready. Rahim stayed behind to catch them getting into the limo, while I headed over for some quick shots of Ryan and the guys at the church. It was a traditional Filipino Wedding Ceremony, a long line of sponsors led the procession, and the cord and veil were tied around the bride and groom.

After the ceremony we stopped at Lambert Castle in Paterson NJ for some fun shots of the bridal party and Sarah and Ryan. We did our stop motion thing a few times throughout the day. It’s one of our many unique little stylistic things we do. A truly fun reception followed at The Valley Regency in Clifton NJ. Excellent cocktail hour there, lots of dancing, a few line dances, and some really great mixes by the DJ. Another wonderful wedding to remember. Congrats again guys.
